Admissions Consultation

The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust, as the Admissions Authority for Valley, Peterbrook, and Rowley Hall Primary Schools, is commencing a statutory consultation on the proposed Admissions Policies for the academic year 2027/2028.

The statutory consultation period is between 3 November to 15 December 2025.

The schools joined the Elliot Foundation Academy Trust (TEFAT) in the last academic year. To ensure legal compliance and standardisation across our Trust, we are therefore now required to formally consult on adopting the TEFAT Admissions Policy.

We seek to ensure that local stakeholders have the opportunity to review and comment on all aspects of the policy.

We welcome comments and feedback from all statutory consultees. All responses must be submitted in writing and must be received no later than 4:00 PM on 15th December 2025.

Please submit all formal consultation responses via email to office@elliotfoundation.co.uk, specifying which school they relate to. 

All responses will be carefully considered by the Trust Board before the policy is formally determined by 31 January 2026.
