Health and Safety Policy 2022
This policy is intended to comply with the Health and Safety at Work Etc Act 1974. Its objective is to ensure that all practicable steps are taken to secure the health and safety and welfare of all persons using the Academy.
Critical Incident Manual February 2019
This manual is one that all schools will hope they never have to use. Indeed, many schools may never have to deal with a situation that might be classified as a “critical incident”. However, experience indicates that in The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust it is likely that at least one very serious or critical incident will take place during the course of any one year that may involve one or more schools.
TEFAT Risk Management Statement 2023-4
The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust is committed to building a national family of schools, “Where children believe they can, because teachers know they can”. Legionella Policy 2022
The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust (TEFAT) has a duty to assess, prevent and control any risks from harmful bacteria, such as legionella, and to implement suitable precautions to ensure the health and safety of staff, pupils and the school community.
